Check the window first
Compare glass size, shape and condition with the manufacturer instructions. Not every surface is suitable, and heavy dirt may require pre-cleaning.
You must be able to place and remove the robot without leaning outside. Do not stand on a sill or treat vacuum attachment as a replacement for safe access.
Set realistic expectations
Corners and edges may need manual finishing. Keep cloths clean and use only permitted solution at the correct dilution.
Detergent is not included in the standalone RCW 4 rental. Add a suitable RM 503 portion if needed. For manual finishing, consider a WV 6 Plus or the combined window-cleaning kit.
Request dates and explain access
Request dates from the day after tomorrow. Include approximate window size, opening sections, floor and safe access arrangements. Share only necessary information.
The request is non-binding; availability and handover are confirmed separately. Enquire about window-cleaning services if you want an operator to do the work.
