PuhasRent.ee processes personal data for equipment rentals, cleaning-service enquiries, payments, customer communication, and legal obligations.

Data we collect
We collect your name, email address, telephone number, address or handover details, booking dates, payment information, marketing consent, and security data such as IP address and browser information. A preferred-date request includes requested rental dates and extras. A cleaning-service enquiry includes contact details, job location, preferred time, and a description of the work.
How we use data
We use the data to fulfil bookings, contact customers, prepare receipts, confirm payments, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use date and service enquiry details to answer the request and discuss a possible rental or cleaning job; an enquiry alone creates no booking or contract.
Legal bases
Contract data is processed to enter into and perform the rental agreement, accounting data to meet legal duties, and security data for legitimate interests. Marketing and analytics require consent.
Payment data
Card payments take place in Stripe’s secure checkout. PuhasRent.ee does not store card details.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. If you decline, Google analytics resources are not loaded. You can change the choice using the “Cookies” button; withdrawing consent removes Google Analytics cookies from this browser.
Marketing
We send offers or newsletters only with consent. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing info@puhasrent.ee.
Retention
Booking and receipt data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting duties, and protect legitimate interests. Non-binding date and service enquiries are deleted no later than 180 days after submission. Records linked to an accepted quote form part of the agreement documentation and are retained as needed to fulfil the agreement, meet accounting duties and handle claims. Records of in-flight or uncertain email delivery are retained until its outcome has been checked. Separate email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to answer the enquiry or resolve a dispute.

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to processing. Contact info@puhasrent.ee.
Meta advertising cookies
If Meta Pixel is enabled on this website, it runs only after your separate choice “Allow Meta advertising cookies”. Google Analytics consent does not grant Meta consent. Pixel measures public page views and shares the page URL, IP address, browser information and cookie identifier with Meta Platforms Ireland. Form contents, payment and agreement pages are excluded. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area under Meta’s privacy terms. Change your choice using “Cookies”; withdrawal removes this browser’s Meta cookies. The consent choice is retained for up to 180 days.
Campaign source
With analytics consent, campaign UTM identifiers or a traffic-source category are kept in this browser tab for up to 24 hours or until the tab closes. When you submit a booking or enquiry, source, medium and campaign identifiers may be attached to that record to assess campaign results. Form content, name, email and phone are not added to these source fields. Declining prevents storage; withdrawing consent clears temporary browser source data. A saved association is retained with its related record. Contact our public email address to request access or deletion.
