Rental terms
These terms explain use, handover, return, payment and responsibility for the rental equipment.
Rental period
One rental day means up to 24 hours. Each product page lists the equipment’s daily, three-day and extra-day rates. The booking form calculates the final price for the selected equipment and actual pickup and return times; the price is stored with the rental agreement.
Handover and return
Pickup and return times are agreed during booking and shown in the confirmation.
Business hours
Available times are shown in the booking calendar.
Payment
The customer may choose an email payment link or cash on handover. Card payment takes place in Stripe’s secure checkout.
Use
Use the equipment with due care and only on surfaces permitted by that model’s instructions. Use only detergent supplied or approved by PuhasRent.ee and suitable for the particular equipment.
Return
Return the equipment at the agreed time with tanks emptied and every accessory included.
Damage
The renter is responsible for documented repair or replacement costs caused by them and for directly related documented loss, according to the accepted agreement and applicable law. The replacement value is shown before acceptance.
Cancellation
A cancellation confirmation is sent by email when a booking is cancelled.
