Can I rent for today?
For equipment that can be booked immediately, yes, if the calendar shows an available slot and handover is possible. Preferred-date requests start from the day after tomorrow.
Can I select a past date?
No. A booking can start today or on a future date.
Is detergent included in the rental price?
Detergent inclusion depends on the product and is stated on its product page. Detergent is not included with the Kärcher RCW 4; a 20 ml RM 503 portion is available as a paid extra. Always follow the package dosage and the instructions for your particular model.
What is a preferred-date request?
For the window robot, window bundle and SC 1 steam cleaner, choose preferred dates from the day after tomorrow. The enquiry is non-binding, requires no payment and is subject to separate availability confirmation.
What is in the window-cleaning bundle?
The bundle contains the Kärcher WV 6 Plus window vacuum and RCW 4 window robot. One shared 20 ml portion of Kärcher RM 503 is included; an extra portion costs €3. Check both devices and their accessories at handover.
Can I request a cleaning service?
Yes. You can enquire about cleaning sofas, carpets, other suitable textiles or windows in Tallinn and Harju County. The enquiry is non-binding; price and time are agreed separately. We do not offer general house cleaning.
How do I pay?
Choose an email payment link for Stripe card payment, or cash on handover.
When do I receive the instructions?
Usage instructions are included with booking and payment communications.
Where is my receipt?
After a confirmed Stripe payment, the receipt is emailed and recorded in the PuhasRent.ee admin system.
What happens after cancellation?
A cancellation confirmation is sent by email.
How long does a sofa take to dry after cleaning?
Drying time depends on fabric, moisture and ventilation. Usually you should allow several hours and keep the room well ventilated.
Can I clean a mattress with the textile cleaner?
Yes, Kärcher SE 3 Compact is suitable for refreshing a mattress when used with moderate moisture and enough drying time.
Can I clean car seats?
Yes. The machine is suitable for textile car seats and smaller fabric surfaces.
Does it remove coffee and drink stains?
Fresh stains usually clean better. Older or deeply absorbed stains depend on the fabric and stain type.
Can I clean a wool rug?
For delicate and wool materials, always check the care instructions first and test on a small hidden area.
How long does one sofa take to clean?
A regular sofa usually takes around 1-2 hours depending on size and how dirty it is.
