Can I rent for today?

Yes, if today is available in the calendar and a suitable pickup time is offered.

Can I select a past date?

No. A booking can start today or on a future date.

Is one detergent portion included?

Yes. One portion is included. The supplied detergent and dosage depend on the rental equipment: follow the package dosage and the instructions for your particular model.

How do I pay?

Choose an email payment link for Stripe card payment, or cash on handover.

When do I receive the instructions?

Usage instructions are included with booking and payment communications.

Where is my receipt?

After a confirmed Stripe payment, the receipt is emailed and recorded in the PuhasRent.ee admin system.

What happens after cancellation?

A cancellation confirmation is sent by email.
