Data we collect
We collect your name, email address, telephone number, address or handover details, booking dates, payment information, marketing consent, and security data such as IP address and browser information.
How we use data
We use the data to fulfil bookings, contact customers, prepare receipts, confirm payments, resolve disputes, and protect the service.
Legal bases
Contract data is processed to enter into and perform the rental agreement, accounting data to meet legal duties, and security data for legitimate interests. Marketing and analytics require consent.
Payment data
Card payments take place in Stripe’s secure checkout. PuhasRent.ee does not store card details.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. If you decline, Google analytics resources are not loaded. You can change the choice using the “Cookies” button; withdrawing consent removes Google Analytics cookies from this browser.
Marketing
We send offers or newsletters only with consent. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing info@puhasrent.ee.
Retention
Booking and receipt data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting duties, and protect legitimate interests.
